As I was feeding my cats their "salmon feast" this morning
it occurred to me why animals (for the most part) don't
suffer with the sicknesses we have.
You don't see dogs, cats, lions or panthers needing to
take medicine to prevent acid reflux.
Tigers, cows, pigs or deer don't need to have a GI series.
Monkeys, elephants, giraffes and horses don't need Tums.
The reason is because they instinctively eat the way
nature intended them to.
Now there are exceptions. House pets or zoo animals
sometimes get arthritis, diabetes, cancer or other
diseases. But that's because they're domesticated--
specifically, their food choices have been made by people
who feed them food they'd never eat in the wild.
My beloved childhood dalmation Pebbles died of kidney
failure and diabetes. She licked up a lot of hamburger
helper, gravy, spaghetti and applesauce off our dinner
plates in her short 11 years.
You could put a perfectly cooked filet mignon in front of
an ape and he won't touch it. Apes are plant eaters and
that's what they'll eat.
On the other hand, I could put a tossed salad in front of
my cats and they'll look at me like I'm nuts. Their bodies
are designed for meat only, so that is all they eat.
So why aren't we as smart as wild animals?
Why does man, "the smartest animal on earth" eat
everything under the sun at every meal and then wonder why
he or she has a gut ache or gas galore and has to go
running for the meds?
Habit is a lot of it. If that's how someone is raised, it
becomes habit and that's all they know (and want to know).
"I've eaten this way all my life" is a common excuse.
Processed food manufacturers have been a huge part of it.
Their chemical creations are tasty and convenient...very
tempting to rely on, especially for someone with a busy
Listen, when you eat real food (not boxed, canned or
bagged garbage) in the way nature intended us to, your body
will work like a charm...even if you've been in pain, on
meds and 100+ pounds too heavy.
When you avoid eating foods together that don't mix well
in the stomach, you avoid pain and suffering.
I don't care who you are or what your stressed out, pushed
to the limit doctor says.
Get this into your head: The human body was meant to work
perfectly without medicine! Yours was, too.
Put the foods into it that it was designed to eat and it
will respond with great health (and no gut ache).
Be as smart as all the other animals on Earth. Learn how
to eat in the way that keeps the acid down and energy up.

To your health,
PS: Craig has smartened up about how he eats. See what
he has to say:
My name is Craig Hergenhan, and I live on the Gold Coast,
Australia. I have battled digestion problems for more
years than I can care to remember. Mainly bloating and wind
after a meal. I was taking medications to push the food
through the stomach quicker as well as digestive tablets.
I came across your website, and with nothing to lose and
everything to gain, decided to try it. I have been on it
for 3 days and I feel great, with absolutely no stomach
pain and gas, even after a large steak meal.
I have no reservations in recommending Great Taste No Pain
to anyone who wants to enjoy food without the stomach
Sherry: Congratulations, Craig. And welcome to the land
of the pain-free!
