Weaning himself off of 10 years of Prevacid

Hello my friend:

Last night for dinner we had a luscious gourmet meal.
 
The blackened salmon was seared to seal in the juices and
cooked perfectly--slightly crusted on the outside, juicy
and tender on the inside.  The spicing was zesty and mouth-
watering.

The broccoli and cauliflower were roasted with garlic and
olive oil to bring out their natural sweetness, and the
flavor was truly spectacular.  My 9 year-old son loved it.

The salad was a masterful work of art, full of a wide
variety of colorful, tasty vegetables at their peak of
freshness, with all different textures and flavors dancing
on our grateful tongues. 

You could hear the Mmmm's and Ahhh's from my family (me
included!) and they savored each delectable bite.

You may be wondering what restaurant served us this
scrumptious meal.

There was none.  I served it at my dining table.

And the beautiful thing about this meal is that the whole
thing took me about 25 minutes of prep time.

That's it!

Even nicer is that we had enough leftovers for an entire
second meal.

So that works out to about 12-1/2 minutes of prep work per
meal. 

And best of all is that none of us had a stomach ache
afterwards.

PS: Here's an exciting story--Tom is weaning himself off
of 10 years of Prevacid:

Hi Sherry,

I am a 52 year old man from Illinois who has suffered from
GERD for the last 12 or so years.  I consider myself in
pretty good shape as I exercise regularly and am not
overweight (6' tall 195 lbs).

Every day for the last 10 years I take a Prevacid pill to
'correct' the acid production in my stomach.  I do not know
what the long term effect of the Prevacid will be but I do
know it costs me (and my insurance) about $1,700 per year. 

I have been on your system for about 15 days now and am
feeling measurably better. I went 2 days last week without
taking the Prevacid and this week I went 2 days in a row
without - which was probably the first time I have done
that in the 10 year period.
