A common thing I hear from people who have acid reflux is
they can't eat fruit--if they do, they feel like their chest
is on fire.
They're completely wrong. Not about the fire in their
chest, but in thinking they can't eat fruit.
Because when fruit is eaten correctly (like I teach in Great

REDUCING ACID, not producing it.

I have been sick now for almost two years with
fibromyalgia and with all of my related symptoms because of
the disease. One of those symptoms was a very sensitive
stomach and severe acid reflux.

Eating fruit the right way is very simple...and made a

fibromyalgia symptoms, too.
Two of the problems caused by having an acid pH are joint
