I've done 20 some odd radio interviews in the last month,
and one of the most common questions I've gotten is, "How
does Great Taste No Pain give you more energy?"
For everyone who hasn't heard me on your local airwaves,
here's what I say.
Nothing the human body does uses more energy than
digestion. Not exercise. Not sekks. Nothing else even
comes close to demanding the kind of energy that digestion
does.
When you eat foods that don't combine well together, your
stomach can be working for 8 hours or more, squirting acid
like a fire hose in an attempt to break down the bad
combination. Imagine what that would look like--having all
that food that was on your plate turn into a mushy paste by
all that acid that your stomach is secreting. That takes
an enormous amount of energy, my friend.
And how does this make you feel?
Sluggish. Exhausted. And this is especially bad at 12:30
on a Wednesday afternoon when you are in the "heat of
battle" at work.
And gulping down coffee afterwards is the worst thing to
do, since it adds even more acid to your already-stressed
stomach.
Without exception, every radio host I've explained this to
said, "So that's what's happening when I feel that way. It
makes so much sense."
Yes, it does. The human body isn't as complicated as it
seems. When you treat it like it's supposed to be treated,
it responds perfectly--without the need for drugs to create
"false health."
When you make digestion as easy as possible by eating lots
of alkaline-rich foods, and combining your foods correctly,
your meals sail through the stomach nice and easy within
just a few hours, using a minimal amount of acid and
requiring a minimum of energy.
And how will you feel after eating this way?
Well, I just got a letter from a man who says that he used
to take a nap after every lunch. Now that he's been
following Great Taste No Pain, he feels he could leap tall
buildings in a single bound.
That's energy!
If YOU want more energy, it's simple. Do what I teach in
Great Taste No Pain. Just a few alterations to what you're
eating now will get you on the road to the energy and
vitality that you've dreamed of.

PS: Starting later this month, I will be hosting my own
radio show. And I'll be interviewing clients who have told
us about their successes with Great Taste No Pain.
So, if you've gotten great results but just haven't taken
the time to tell us yet, send us your success story right
away. You just might become a celebrity!
