I saw my Mom last weekend at a family party and noticed
she spent a lot of time sitting quietly in a corner in my
sister's living room.
When she did get up, I saw her grimace, grab her cane and
walk in obvious pain across the room.
My Mom is loaded with arthritis--in her hands, knees,
ankles and shoulders. She's 86, and I know a lot of people
would say, "Well, what do you expect? She's old."
Yes, she is elderly, but arthritis doesn't have to be a
"given" when you get old.
That is, if you do what helps prevent it before it occurs--
that is, maintain an balanced alkaline pH.
The human body MUST have an alkaline pH to stay healthy
and strong, and that includes our 143 joints that are prime
targets of arthritis.
If the body is acidic, our cells are unable to produce
energy like they need to, they deteriorate, and the body
literally can't heal itself.
And we become a breeding ground for inflammation and
disease including arthritis, fibromyalgia, multiple
sclerosis, osteoporosis and Parkinson's disease, to name a
few.
There's a flip side to this as well. If you're acidic,
your body is constantly striving to attain an alkaline
pH...and will suck out minerals from your vital organs and
bones to do so. That means even more inflammation and
disease (can you say osteoporosis?).
This is what happened to my Mom. She was overweight most
of her adult life and never took any care, until recently,
about what she ate or how much she ate.
When you're acidic, your body can't even use the vitamins
and minerals from your food or any supplements you take.
So don't waste your money on Centrum, OsCal, Coral Calcium,
1-a-Day's or any others if you're loaded with acid--
because they'll come out as quickly as they go in.
If you want the best chance of living into your golden
years pain-free, you absolutely must attain and maintain an
alkaline pH.
Not for a week or a month--but for life.
It's too late for my mother--she's paying the price of a
lifelong acidic diet and the harm has been done. Don't
wait until it's too late for you.
Here's the good news--getting to and staying at an
alkaline pH is so easy (and delicious) to do.

Sherry:
I am almost 72 years of age and just can't thank you
enough for your help with Great Taste No Pain.
I have to admit I was really reluctant to begin a
different way of eating since it seems that I have not been
able to digest so many things in almost two (2) years. I
had lost 30 pounds within that time because of the foods I
had given up, not knowing exactly what I really should eat.
Even my doctor had told me the main things to give up was
lettuce, nuts, popcorn, coconut, seeds, peels, etc. (and
anything else that seemed to bother me). I still had to be
rushed to the doctor three (3) different times because of a
colon infection each time.
Since my mother had colon cancer, the doctor even thought
I probably had it the first time I was rushed in to see
him. He made arrangements quickly for me to have a
colonoscopy which showed the infection due to a
diverticular disease which is very painful, to say the least.
After the third round of the same type of problem, I
finally decided to go to the web site for information on
diverticulitis in which I found YOU and did order your
system.......What a relief it has been!!!!!!
I am now eating all the things that was unheard of for me
before....only with different foods and at different times.
I will admit the first four (4) days of eating differently
was not so pleasant, since it was not what I was used to
having and being skeptical of the new way of eating and
thinking it might not even help.
However, let me say once again.....what a surprise and how
wonderful it has been with the elimination of cramps, gas
and bloating as well as "No Lump" in my stomach. No more
not knowing if I would have diarrhea or constipation or
maybe even no results with the feeling of "urge" each
time!!!
I have discovered having more energy and my blood pressure
is now better than it has been in several years and have
already cut back on my medication, which is GREAT!
My husband has seen the difference and decided after one
week to eat in the same manner that I do. Now when we
dine out, we carry the "pocket manual" with us at all times
making sure we make no mistakes with what we eat together
at meal time.
Thanks again for your assistance in the way I now feel
with the Great Taste No Pain.
