Happy Halloween from Morticia Addams

Hi my friend,

Happy Halloween to you. 

We're having a RIOT here today-everyone in our office
dresses up for Halloween and I'm not talking just a mask.

I'm dressed as Morticia Addams, and as I write this, hairs
from my long black wig keep getting in my mouth!

I tried to talk my husband Mike into being Gomez, but he
didn't go for it!  He also didn't go for my suggestions of
Lurch or Cousin It--I can't imagine why.

Some other characters we have here today are Raggedy Ann,
a vampire, a Victorian lady, a Twister game, a go-go girl,
a nurse, Cleopatra, a hillbilly, a masquerade lady and Jim
Carrey's character in "The Mask."

We'll be celebrating with a nice rich chocolate cake later
on.

What?  Cake, you say?  But aren't you the lady that always
talks about eating healthy?

Yes, I am.  But eating healthy does not mean that you
can't EVER indulge in something sweet.

Moderation is the key, my friend.

You see, when you live every day feeding your body the way
it was designed to be fed, you don't have to worry about
occasional indulgences in something not-so-good for you. 

Here's why:

Our bodies are alkaline by design.  All of our organs and
systems work perfectly in an alkaline environment. 

When a human body is too acidic, it doesn't function

I was diagnosed with IBS 20 years ago & have suffered
immensely as you well know.

Two years ago it got really severe & I lost about 25 lbs.
(I know that I'm in the minority & for most people that
sounds good but for me it was very bad.)

treadmill for way too long with no results.  And like you I

along with my constipation.  And I can sleep without
sitting up!!  My halitosis is also improving everyday.
