Take your revenge on Montezuma

I'd like to share with you a story from someone who has
had more health challenges than most people walking the
face of the earth.

What you'll see in Andy's words is his straight-forward
approach when describing some extremely tough times...and
his relief at finally having found the key to turning
around his health:

Sherry:

I had renal cancer in 2003.  They found it when I had a
gall bladder attack when doing a c-scan. I ended up having
my gall bladder removed and my left kidney.

Due to the surgery I herniated where the scar was and had
several surgeries repairing the hernia with "mesh" until I
found out I was allergic to the mesh.  Earlier this year
they removed all of the mesh.

For 6 months I was fine, but after a routine colonoscopy I
started having stomach aches.  I would have pain for a week
and then not for another.

In October we went to Mexico and I had a bout with
"Montezuma's Revenge" and the pain returned.  I went to my
GP and she looked at my Colonoscopy report and decided I
had diverticulitis.

She gave me a series of antibiotics and I felt great only
for the pain to return shortly after I stopped taking the
pills.  I went back to her and she gave me a standing order
for the pills.   Sure enough the pain started again.

I have a lot of experience with the medical community and
I knew there were alternatives out there.  I hate taking
pills of any kind so I started doing research and found
your website.

After getting your materials my pain went away the next
day.  It has been a couple of weeks now and I only had a
slight stomach ache once after eating a combination I
shouldn't have eaten.  That's it.

I have lost 12 pounds and feel great, thanks to you and
your great program.  Another thing you will appreciate is I
am an avid walker.  I walk between 16-20 miles per week and
it has been great for me.

I really appreciate you and Great Taste No Pain.

Thanks again,

Andy K.

SB:  Andy, I'm really glad that Great Taste No Pain has
been such a big help with your diverticulitis, but it will
benefit you in other ways too.

By eating the way I teach in GTNP, you'll become more
alkaline, and this will help your body in countless ways.

As you mentioned, you've already suffered a bout with
cancer and lost a kidney to it.

Cancer thrives in an acidic environment, but cannot
survive in alkaline.  So having a more alkaline pH will
make your body a less attractive site for cancer and other
acid-loving diseases in the future.

As far as the kidneys go, they are responsible for
filtering acid out of our bloodstream and putting it into
our urine to be excreted.  When there's too high a
concentration of acid in the blood, that puts a huge strain
on the kidneys to do their job.

Plus ALL of our organs, including the kidneys, can't
function like they should in an acid environment--they must
be in an alkaline environment.

So getting and staying alkaline will help make sure your
remaining kidney stays healthy and strong.

And now that you've got the challenge of being without a
gallbladder (which stores bile from the liver to help
digest fats), it's crucial that you keep your digestion as
easy and efficient as possible.

Great Taste No Pain will certainly help you with that!
You've already gotten a taste of what eating the right
combinations of foods can do for your digestion, since
you've experienced such a lightning fast, drastic
improvement with your diverticulitis symptoms.

You're on your way!  And by the way, kudos to you for
being such an avid walker.  Keep it up.

*******************

Andy's story is just one of the millions of examples of
people who experience drastic improvements in their health
from feeding the body how it should be fed.

Food is as important to our bodies as gasoline is to a
car.  You can't expect a car to run on soda any more than
you can expect your body to have great health by eating
acidic, processed and badly combined meals.

Our food is our fuel and affects ALL of our systems--don't
let the food giants and their catchy commercials and
brightly colored packages tell you otherwise. What they
sell is not anything you should be putting into your body.
And if you are in pain, your body is begging you to stop.

If you're having digestive problems, listen to your body.

And if you listen closely enough, you'll hear it say,
"Feed me the Great Taste No Pain way, please."

PS:  Marian no longer needs medication for IBS:

Hi Sherry

I am pleased to let you know after following your
wonderful easy and simple plan I am pain free and feeling
wonderful for the first time in quite awhile.

Your plan was easy to follow and I am very grateful my
niece found you on the Internet and shared your information
with me.

I was amazed and delighted to enjoy a bean burrito without
any problems.  I could not have done this before without
symptoms.  I will use your plan the rest of my life and
look forward to dropping weight the healthy way as a bonus.

I have IBS and have suffered over the years without any
long lasting relief from doctors.  There were times I could
not eat any food at all.

Now I am pain free and I no longer take any medication.
My energy level is high and I feel great!  Also the food is
delicious.  Needless to say I am thrilled.

I will be recommending your fine program with friends and
all I meet that suffer with any bowel or stomach problems.

My sincere thanks to you for all your research and hard
work, also your hard working staff.

I look forward to your newsletters and thank you again.

Marian
