Expensive pee
Researchers at the University of California, Davis were
surprised at the results of their recent 5-year study of
vitamin use in kids.
Before conducting the study, the researchers believed
that, since teenagers are probably the least likely to get
good nutrition from their diet, they are the ones who need
vitamins the most.
So they said they expected to see a large percentage of
the teens they studied taking supplements.
But they found the exact opposite--the kids who appeared
to need vitamins the most were taking them the least.
This study and hundreds like it ignore an important point.
Getting nutrients into our bodies is only half the
battle...
The other more important half is making sure our bodies
can use those nutrients.
Most kids (especially teenagers) have diets that are
largely made up of fast food and processed foods.
Not only are such "foods" completely lacking in any
naturally occurring and living nutrients, but they're also
extremely acid-forming to your body.
When you're too acidic, it can't effectively absorb and
use vitamins and minerals, even in mega-doses.
So...if you think it's OK to be a Taco Bell-a-holic
because you take your multi-vitamin each day, uh, no.
All that multi-vitamin is doing in an acidic body is
turning into expensive pee.
And your body is still lacking in essential nutrients.
Plus, you're paying additional prices for that acidity--a
compromised immune system, susceptibility to colds and
infections, acne, headaches, lack of energy, mood swings
and stomach aches, just to name a few.
Do you experience any of those problems?
And even if you don't eat a lot of junk, you're not home-
free.
Because most "home cooked" meals are eaten in combinations
that guarantee that most of the nutrients in them will be
dead before your body can use them.
Meals that have those combinations of foods cause
overproduction of acid in the stomach, poor digestion, and
add to acidity overload.
So, if you love your kids, and you want to enjoy top
health yourself, do what you know is right:
* Drive by the drive-thru. You will survive...trust me.
* Buy REAL food at the grocery store--food that is in its
original state. (Fresh vegetables, fruits, meats and
fish.) Say no to the packaged, boxed and bagged stuff.
* Drink water--not soda. Soda is the worst acidic poison
you can put in their bodies. You are better off drinking
dirty dishwater than soda.
* Combine all your meals correctly. You can do it even if
you eat meals out most of the time.

Hello Sherry,
My name is Angie and I have been suffering with stomach
pain, acid reflux and gerd going on three years now.
I had a couple of episodes lately, one of which was the
worst yet.
But since I have been using your plan for the last few
days I have felt better--less heartburn and stomach pain,
and I even have been able to lay off of the Prevacid and
Prilosec.
You are a God send!
Angie Payton
