You can be freed from the prison of IBS

Because of the processed food and acid-creating diets in
our society today, digestive challenges are no longer
limited to people 40 and over like they were even a few
decades ago.

Acid reflux, GERD, IBS and diverticulitis and others are
now problems that plague kids as well as adults of all ages.

Yesterday I received a letter from a 13 year-old girl who
is suffering from IBS.  It really touched my heart, and
also reminded me of my past.

Here's what she says:

*******************

Sherry:

I am 13 years old (I have permission to contact you).  My
nana was scanning the net to try and help me with IBS.

I am again off school and have yet another appointment
with the 'so called' specialist this afternoon (Friday).

One day I am taking medication to make me go to the
toilet, then I need medication to stop me going, then I
need medication for the terrible pain, then I am bloated
and look pregnant, then people say, oh you look thinner
today (no bloating).

I get so embarrassed when I have to keep leaving the
classroom too.

Can you please help me?

Rebecca

*******************

SB:  Rebecca, yes, I believe I can help you.  And it makes
me sad to see that someone as young as you has suffered so
much, but that's about to change.

For your benefit and everyone else's who is suffering from
IBS (like I used to), here's the scoop on Irritable Bowel
Syndrome:

Contrary to what the medical community tells you, IBS is
not a "disease" that is diagnosed by a single test or
series of tests.

It's the name given to a bunch of symptoms when all other
'diseases' (like Crohn's, diverticulitis and cancer) have
been ruled out--kind of a last resort label when doctors
can't otherwise intelligently explain a wrenching gut.

The symptoms of IBS are downright nasty--severe cramping,
bouts of diarrhea and constipation, rock-hard bloating like
you swallowed a basketball and tons of gas (flatulence).

Those were the symptoms that put me in the hospital for an
entire week back in 1990.

During that hospital stay I had every poking, prodding,
embarrassing test they could think of before I was told it
must be IBS because they couldn't find anything else wrong
with me.

Now, once the "diagnosis" of IBS is made, these are the
typical treatment offerings:

* Fiber supplements--either in pill form or powders like
Metamucil

* Avoid whatever foods seem to trigger symptoms (For me,
EVERYTHING seemed to trigger symptoms)

* Anti-diarrheal medicines (which can constipate you)

* Anti-spasmodic pills (That's what I was given--and all
they did was make me tired)

* Anti-depressants--yet another example of dangerous,
possibly life-threatening SSRI's being handed out like
candy for something they were never intended to treat in
the first place and do little to nothing for.

And the newer IBS "treatments" includes these two goodies:

* Lotronex--A colon relaxer that can CAUSE ischemic
colitis and severe constipation, and has even resulted in
death in more severe cases.

* Amitiza--A drug that increases fluid in the intestines.
Its side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea,
stomach pain, bloating, loss of appetite, sore throat,
cough, headache, dizziness, swelling in your hands, ankles,
or feet, joint or muscle pain and anxiety.

It boggles my mind how it's supposed to help IBS because
the side-effects include most of the symptoms of IBS!

Pills, pills and more harmful pills, and nothing to
address the cause of those awful IBS episodes.

Until now.

Yes, my misfortune with IBS is your great fortune.

Because I was able to completely eliminate ALL IBS
symptoms for good by just slightly changing what I ate and
how I structured my meals and snacks.

Basically, I learned how to eat to allow for easy,
efficient digestion in the stomach and to keep acid LOW.

When your foods are digested comfortably with a minimal
amount of acid, they pass all the way through the colon
easily...with no uproaring in your intestines (otherwise
known as IBS).

It worked instantly for me with the very first meal.  And
it has continued to work for the last 17 years.

No more gas, bloating and cramping.  Adios to diarrhea and
constipation.  No more urgent trips to the ladies room.

And no more pills, thank you.

I want to help you do the same.  I know the agony of IBS
and I can help make it stop for you.

The instructions in the Great Taste No Pain manuals
- http://greattastenopain.com/great.asp will tell you
exactly what to do and why.  Do what they tell you to do.
Anyone can do it--even a 13 year old.  Even much younger.
It's easy.  And the food is FANTASTIC.

The GTNP manuals you'll receive explain the science behind
this way of eating (it was incepted by a doctor) and will
teach you the few simple principles you'll need to know.

There are also charts and guides that tell you exactly
what to eat together, so there's no guesswork.

There is no reason to be a prisoner of the agony of IBS
for one minute longer.  Believe me, life is beautiful when
you're IBS-free.

To your health,

Sherry Brescia

PS:  Lisa's miraculous turnaround in her IBS astonished
everyone in the gastro clinic:

*******************

Sherry:

I have had IBS, abdominal pain and gas for as long as I
can remember, and I just starting getting acid reflux.  It
has become worse the older I've got--I am currently 43.

About 2 years ago I started getting a pain in my left hand
side.  It comes and goes.  I have been to the gastro clinic
3 times now and each time they have no explanation for it.

A few tests have been done but before my 3rd visit, when
they were going to put a scope down my neck, I knew I
needed to do some investigating of my own.  I didn't want
that thing down my throat and certainly didn't want a
general anesthetic as well.

Since turning to your programme I have been pain free,
especially the pain in my side.  It only comes back when I
don't follow your plan.

When I went to the gastro clinic on the 3rd visit, I
didn't have to have the tube down my throat.  I told them I
was free of pain and gas and they were astonished.

And to MY astonishment when I mentioned the principles of
combining foods they had no clue what I was talking
about!!!

Thanks

Lisa from the UK
