How to end bad body odor

A recent study by the Monell Chemical Senses Center
suggested that women have very sensitive noses and can
sniff out other people's body odor much quicker than men.

I'm sure those findings just caused a spike in the price
of Gillette stock.

Seriously, BO is one of the big social dreads, right up
there with spinach between in your teeth, boogers hanging
out of your nose or walking around with your fly open.

And we spend BIG bucks to fight BO.  Analysts at Goldman
Sachs estimate that the global beauty industry consists of
skin care worth $24 billion, $38 billion for hair-care
products and $15 billion for perfumes.

But if you stink, all the skin washes, shampoos,
deodorants and colognes in the world won't change that.
They won't even cover it up very well, if at all.  You end
up smelling like a rose growing in a sewer.

Because body odor comes from inside.

BO is the result of your body cleaning itself and
eliminating toxins.  So the more toxic you are on the
inside, the worse your stench.

======
The Bad
======

Personal care products are fairly useless for body odor.
Not only do they not solve the real problem, but they can
do more harm than good:

- Lotions and creams block the natural cleansing process
by closing off some of the pores of your skin, which is
one way your body eliminates smelly toxins.

- Anti-perspirants clog your sweat glands with aluminum
chloride, and aluminum has been directly linked to
Alzheimer's disease.

- Feminine hygiene sprays and douches irritate the
delicate tissues in the vaginal area.

- Mouthwashes and breath sprays that kill bad bacteria
also kill good, beneficial bacteria.

The Good
=======

Listen, if you want to smell better, here are just four
steps you must take:

1)  Exercise

Yup--get sweating at least 3-4 times a week.  Sweating
during exercise is a tremendous toxin-releasing process.
And with regular exercise cleaning out those inner toxins
and burning up some fat, not only will you smell better,
you'll look pretty marvelous too, dahling.

2)  Water

Water helps to flush out wastes and toxins and keep your
entire system clean.  It also moisturizes your skin from
within, so you're less likely to need pore-clogging creams
and lotions.

3)  Deodorants

Almost everyone occasionally has some underarm odor,
especially on a hot day or when under stress.

So if you want to use something in that area, make it a
deodorant only--NOT a pore-clogging, Alzheimer's-causing
anti-perspirant.  Tom's of Maine is a good choice.

4)  Eat to keep your body clean on the inside.

Great Taste No Pain is your key to eating for inner
cleanliness.

In the GTNP manuals, I explain the harmful effects of
processed, acidic foods and show you how to correctly put
your meals together to have easy, efficient digestion.
That means no excess acid production, no toxins from badly
digested food and easier waste elimination (no
constipation or waste build-up).

I also teach you what foods are alkaline to your body.
Alkaline, high water-content foods are not only the
perfect fuel for your body, but they also help sweep away
any old waste build-up.

What all this means is less toxins in your body...and a
naturally better smelling YOU.

All for just a tiny one-time investment that's FAR less
than a bottle of perfume that you'll have to buy again and
again.

To your health,

Sherry Brescia

PS:  GTNP beats "dietary fiber" hands down:

Sherry:

Yes, you're right!  It works!  Thank you!

After a colonoscopy in early January, the doctor advised
that I add extra fiber to my diet.  I did that, following
the regimen exactly every day, and I began experiencing
bloating and an uneasy stomach right away.

Thinking that my body would adjust, I continued
diligently; but, eight days ago I awakened at 1:00 AM with
an awful stomach ache.  By 4 AM, I was searching the
internet for HELP!

After finding your plan, I stopped taking the dietary
fiber (psyllium) because the side effects noted on the
website of the product include the following: flatulence,
gastrointestinal pain, discomfort, diarrhea, nausea,
stomach upset, as well as stomach pressure resulting in a
"full" feeling.  I experienced all of this at some point
during the three months I took the product.

But within just two days on your plan, the symptoms I
experienced disappeared, and the bloating went away!  My
slacks are no longer tight - and I feel so much better!
I'm still trying to understand how to combine foods for
optimum benefit and will continue learning the process.

Your effort to educate and to support people is
impressive - perhaps medical schools should require the
study of nutrition as part of any doctor's degree program.

Thank you so much.
