I was talking to an acquaintance, John, last week whom
I've known for about a year. He asked about my company and
what we do.
When I explained the Great Taste No Pain Digestive Health
System to him and told him about the hundreds of thousands
of people that have gotten relief from digestive problems
following the principles, he was silent for a moment.
Then John asked, "So, could that help with something like
Crohn's disease?"
I said it absolutely could, and then he admitted he's had
a terrible time with Crohn's for the last 10 years.
John said his doctor didn't tell him too much about it--
just told him to take his Pentasa every day, and said diet
doesn't really make any difference.
Here's what I told him:
"First, get the idea out of your head that diet doesn't
matter. Your diet makes a HUGE difference in how you feel."
I told him, "Crohn's disease is a condition where the
immune system sees normal bacteria, foods and other
substances in the digestive tract as dangerous invaders and
attacks them. This results in sores that bleed and produce
pus, explosive diarrhea and excruciating pain.
Crohn's can occur anywhere along the digestive tract from
the mouth to the rectum, but the most common location is
the lower part of the small intestine and the first part of
the large intestine."
I continued, "Crohn's results in extensive damage to all
layers of the bowel (unlike ulcerative colitis, where just
the top layer of the bowel lining is affected).
Since Crohn's most commonly occurs in the intestines, it's
essential to make sure your digestion is as efficient as
possible. That will result in wastes that pass through the
intestines smoothly, which means less chance of aggravating
any sores from Crohn's and less likelihood of diarrhea."
When you eat correctly combined, alkalizing meals like I
teach in Great Taste No Pain, your stomach has a much
easier time digesting your foods, and does so with a
minimal amount of acid."
I continued, "Your foods end up being properly and
thoroughly broken down by the time they reach the
intestines. This means less gas and bloating and better
nutrient absorption.
It also results in wastes that pass through as nature
intended them to, without feces getting stuck along the
colon wall, constipation or diarrhea."
By the time he heard this, he was lit up like a Christmas
tree and couldn't wait to get started. Because he said his
life had become hell up till this point, and was praying
that there was a way to end the misery. He said, his
doctor didn't tell him any of what I told him.
Just yesterday, two days into the plan, he said his pain
was basically gone and that he couldn't believe that such
small changes could produce such profound improvements so
fast.
Clare, another Great Taste No Pain disciple, also learned
first hand what a difference diet can make in the
management of Crohn's. Here is what she wrote:

"To anyone who has/is suffering from gut pains: Please
try this plan. It is 100% genuine and effective. You
won't believe it until you have tried it!
Hi Sherry: I just want to share with you and your readers
my story of Great Taste No Pain--it is just so amazing.
Only a couple of weeks ago I was at my wits end with pain
and bloating caused by Crohn's disease. Like many of your
clients, I kept getting fobbed off at the doctors.
I have suffered with it for a few years and last year I
ended up having emergency surgery. After weeks of going
back and forth to my doc's they told me I had IBS. Well,
my bowel then ruptured, and I nearly died because I had so
much poison in my system.
I had to have a stoma for 7 months until I was well enough
to have a resection (removal of part of the colon), and
take Pentasa to keep my Crohn's at bay.
I went to the net, typed in the word Crohn's and Great
Taste No Pain was the first page that came up. I
immediately started reading with excitement and began the
eating plan which I downloaded straight away.
Within 2 days the awful pain had gone, my bowel movements
had become more normal and I started to feel like I had
more energy.
I just am in awe of the plan and have told everyone about
it. I have also ordered all the books and can't wait to
get some more delicious recipe ideas.
If I'd have known about this a couple of years ago I would
have never had to go through what I did.
Please try it for your own sake! It's given me a new
lease of life and now I can look forward to a pain free
future!
Thank you Sherry from the bottom of my heart."
