If you say, "None," I'll suspect you're lying or playing
an April Fool's joke on me!
We are a gassy society. Walk down the digestive aid aisle
of any pharmacy, discount or grocery store and you'll see
an ocean of de-gassing preparations.
Gas is also far and away the number one digestive
complaint that people write to me about.
Let's face it--nothing screws up your day like a wicked
case of the toots. And the feeling like you've swallowed a
basketball (or at least a nice cantaloupe).
It can also cause cramping to the point where you're
doubled over. Or the need to keep sneaking off to be alone
and let it rip... Or not, if you don't care about
"offending" others.
And if you're out on a date...well, talk about a mood
ruiner.
Gas is not a "disease" in and of itself. It can be a
symptom of other conditions like diverticulitis, IBS or
colitis.
It can also be the result of eating certain foods that are
more of a challenge for the body to digest...like beans.
But most often, gas is simply the result of eating foods
together that require digestive juices on opposite ends of
the pH scale.
You see, each type of food you eat requires a certain kind
of digestive enzyme to be broken down. Some foods require
an alkaline enzyme and others an acid enzyme.
Your body is smart and knows exactly what you've eaten,
and serves up the enzymes needed.
But the problem arises when you eat foods together that
require opposite types of enzymes. Because when you
combine an acid and an alkaline together, they cancel each
other out.
When this happens, then your digestion is greatly slowed
or completely halted, and your foods start to ferment, rot
and putrefy.
And that means...GAS!
But the good news is that this is easily remedied. You
see, when you eat foods at the same time that use
"complimentary" enzymes, it's a breeze for your stomach to
break them down and...
You don't get gas!
Here's a perfect example of this in action.
Cheryl had her share of digestive issues, but by doing a
search for "flatulence," she found the answer to her gas
dilemma and much more:
I am 49 years old and have suffered with acid reflux and
irritable bowel since I was in my 20's.
I remember telling my doctor that I always have so much
gas and his response was "Well, don't eat foods that give
you gas." He then gave me the list of usual gas causing
foods.
But it didn't matter WHAT food I ate -- I was still always
bloated, gassy and in pain.
I have been on prescriptions for acid reflux for 5 years.
I always have some sort of anti-gas medication in my purse.
I recently tried taking digestive enzymes, but was still
always fighting either diarrhea or constipation. It seemed
to be NEVER Ending!!
The discomfort is one thing but the embarrassment of being
in public (being extremely gassy) was making me crazy!
So last week I went on the internet (feeling very
desperate) and found your Great Taste No Pain plan when I
did my Google search for "Flatulence." I was hoping to
find some self help information...and that was my lucky day!!
I thought what you said made sense and "maybe" it would
help me too.
I was expecting it to be very expensive...but it wasn't.
It was even less than the cost of one month's medication.
I had nothing to lose and maybe I would get some relief.
Well I was impressed in several ways:
- Firstly there was instant information to get me started.
- Secondly the service has been amazing. I feel as if you
and your staff really do care about my health and well being.
I started using the Great Taste No Pain guides the very
next day and it has been amazing:
* I can eat the raw fruits and vegetables that I love and
not worry about feeling sick after.
* I've had normal bowel movements without medications.
* No more bloating or abdominal pain.
* NO GAS (NO MORE EMBARRASSMENT)
It really has changed my life from the very first day...Wow!
Thanks for the help. I am so glad I came across your
site!!!
Cheryl

All she did was follow my advice in the Great Taste No
Pain health system, which you can get here (for, according
to Cheryl, less than a month's worth of medication)
In the manual "How To End Stomach Pain Forever, Even If
Your MD Says, 'No Way!'" I teach you about food
combinations that help and ones that hurt. And I explain
things in everyday language--no boring, stuffy science-talk.
"What To Eat With What" shows you what are good matches
for all of your favorite foods--including meats, poultry,
fish, pastas, grains, breads, etc. There's absolutely no
guesswork, and you'll be thrilled to see that you can still
eat foods you love.
There's even a handy pocket guide for dining out. Yes,
you can still go to restaurants and walk out afterwards gas-
free! I dine out at least once every week and have never
had trouble ordering a gas-free meal in a restaurant.
Like Cheryl said, for the cost of less than one month's
worth of medication, you can be gas-free.
Doesn't that sound good to you?
To your health,
Sherry Brescia
PS: The friendly bacteria in your gut also help digest
foods and prevent gas. Make sure your intestinal flora
contain enough of these beneficial bacteria with a good
probiotic supplement. Check out Super Shield probiotic
