Aside from getting rid of digestive problems, aches and pains, one of the most common desires my clients have is more energy.

The list of drugs that can cause drowsiness or fatigue is as long as a football field, so if you're on medications that make you feel like the walking dead, it's time to find alternatives.
And if it's reflux or other digestive medications you're taking, eat the way I tell you to (more on that below), and you can eliminate those digestive problems and the need for those medications completely.
Low energy cause #2: Dehydration
Possibly the most common cause of low energy when they're actually dehydrated. Here's an easy way to tell: If your urine is a deep, dark yellow most of the time, chance are excellent you're dehydrated.
Start drinking at least 5-8 glasses of water per day. Water means water, and NOT coffee, black tea, soda, sports drinks, lemonade, juice, juice drinks or anything with sugar, artificial sweeteners or caffeine.
Do this and your energy will soar starting day one.
Low energy cause #3: Lack of movement
Couch potatoes, listen up:
Exercise leads to an interesting cycle -- it requires energy, but it also CREATES energy. As you become more fit, all of your your organs work better because they're getting the oxygen and glucose they need and are eliminating toxins -- and that means increased energy.
You don't need to join a gym. Walking at a decent pace for at least 30 minutes 4-5 days a week is fine. According to research presented by the American Heart Association, women who walked briskly each week reported almost 20 percent MORE energy than their couch potato peers.
Get moving and you'll be able to move when you want to.
Low energy cause #4: Incomplete digestion
Nothing the human body does demands more energy than digestion.
Nothing.
So when you consistently eat foods that are difficult to digest, your poor body needs every ounce of energy it can get just to break it down.
